I peed on a keto-stick and I thought it was going to catch on fire!!!!

man I am in deep dark ketosis today!!!!

figures it the first day off I have had in 10 days and I have slept and eaten like a pig today. Weird thing about being a chef, I don't get to eat actual meals.

Looks like I need to monitor my food intake, I may need to eat more. Usually I'm not this far into the purple!

I'm not sure whether to drag out the fire hose for ya or congratulate you on being in ketosis according to the stick.

Way to be ketosis, but I agree with Lisa -- get to drinking your 64 oz post haste.

To break your bubble - sometimes dark sticks mean dehydration.

I'd not bother buying more when you've used these ones. There are better ways to guage your progress/success

I'm with Cmcole on this one. Imho ketostix are open to error and cant be relied upont that much, due to the dehyrdation thing.

Oh, I know. been there done that kinda thing. It was just a real shock!!!
I was actually laughing about it. To me, the ketostick is a backup, just a double check.
