    is it true?

    Is it true that, if you have less to lose that you will lose it more slowly than a person who has lots to lose? am i making sense?

    you will lose less total pounds but the percentage of needed to lose weight should be close to the same. such as if you need to lose 10 pounds then losing 1 pound would be the same as 10 pounds for somebody needing to lose 100.

        I only wanted to lose about 17 pounds, but I still lost 7 pounds during induction. Overall, I ended up losing 40.
