    Just addicted....

    ....to this board! I swear, it's all I can do to pull myself away and get work done! Seriously, it's added 2 hours (at least) to my work day. All of you are just way too fun! Even though I'm fairly new here and haven't "talked" to many, I feel like I know you all from reading the posts! Okay...back to work (till I check back in 5 minutes)!

    Welcome to the boards! Yeah, I've been addicted for almost a year now, and I don't feel I would have gotten anywhere had I not had my ADBB family to support me

          Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
          On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
          Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
          Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

              Ahhh... The old ADBB addiction....

              I can handle it. I got at least 2 hours work done so far this week in between posts! And I'm entirely clean from 5pm- 8:30 am M-F and the entire weekend!

              but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
