  • Ok so Im dragging ***

Im sooooooooo tired the last week

Im into the diet for 5 weeks now

Could it be the lack of carbs in my diet ( i hear this diet can make you tired and low energy)

Any ideas on how to combat this if it is the diet

    Thanx

I have more energy than I know what to do with! But, if I have white sugar or corn syrup, I'm shot.

How many carbs are you eating? From what foods?

Iron levels are also a culprit.
What is it, a RACE? It's coming off, right????

Week 3 is when I kick in with the tired, cant get out of my own way symptoms and taking B-Complex vitamins is what helped me.

There have been a few times when I was a little low on energy. I usually was very active and had carb intake that was very low (sub 10 for the day). But I think your body adjusts over time. I have know some folks that are very active on less than 10 grams of carbs everyday. And tell me they run several miles every day and have plenty of energy.

        Are you taking supplements?

you have most likely depleted your water soluble vits and minerals from eating induction and just broccoli. Low potassium can cause fatigue as an example. if you use fitday or any other nutrionakl tracker plug your foods into it and see where you are low. you could go see your doc and have a blood test done and find out for sure what if any vits and minerals you are low in.

Have you looked at moving to OWl so you can increase your nutritional intake in a healthy low carb manner?
