Hey you guys. Good news! and Bad News! The good news is...I lost 44 pounds. The bad news is I've gained 3 back from eating mexican food the other day. Everything I ate is allowed for me, I just ate too much of it!! I love it..
I have a question though.. You know how your weight has a "woosh"(when you loose 3-4 pounds in like 2 days)..and then it stalls. Well, I'm at a stall. My goal was 50 before Oct. 6, my birthday, but it doesn't look like I'm going to make it.
I know on other diets there are ways to get to that "woosh" like, my boyfriend's mother drinks grapefruit juice and eats nothing but eggs in one day, and then she will get a "woosh" because it shocks the body.
Is there any way to get a "woosh" to come on soon. I'm doing everything right....what's wrong???? lol....HELP!
