  • i need a "woosh" you guys!

    Hey you guys. Good news! and Bad News! The good news is...I lost 44 pounds. The bad news is I've gained 3 back from eating mexican food the other day. Everything I ate is allowed for me, I just ate too much of it!! I love it..

    I have a question though.. You know how your weight has a "woosh"(when you loose 3-4 pounds in like 2 days)..and then it stalls. Well, I'm at a stall. My goal was 50 before Oct. 6, my birthday, but it doesn't look like I'm going to make it.

    I know on other diets there are ways to get to that "woosh" like, my boyfriend's mother drinks grapefruit juice and eats nothing but eggs in one day, and then she will get a "woosh" because it shocks the body.

    Is there any way to get a "woosh" to come on soon. I'm doing everything right....what's wrong???? lol....HELP!

    I know there is a whooshie pie recipe around here somewhere - maybe someone knows where it is.

      Make some prime rib and have it with a side of horseradish. The horseradish is a great wooshie food.

        those whooshies are just temporary weight losses the grapefruit egg thingie didn't shock the system for weight loss it forced the body to burn the glycogen reserves and got the same rapid fluid loss Atkins does in day one and two but unlike Atkins she will then restock those supplies and the weight is back on.

        Check your inches lost to see the inches of fatr being shed shen the scale doesn't validate your hard work as you morph your body.

        in order to lose weight you need to have your total cals burned exceed your total cals eatten so up your exercise 30 more min and after the initial fluid gain from shocking your muscles you will get a fat loss and a whooshie on the scales.
