When using fitday, Ive found to watch how things are entered. Like fried eggs had margarine in the ingediants so Ive been just putting in the eggs and entering everything like I used it. Isnt it best to enter each ingrediant to get the right carb/fat amounts? Another thing, it just dawned on me, shouldnt we add the spices we use? It might be a little here and there but they can add up right? Thanks for any input on this.

I agree - unless Fitday's ingredients are the same and in the same amount as what you used, enter them separate. As for spices, yes, they do count. They are not all created equal! And if the smallest fitday portion is, say, 1 Tablespoon and you used 1/4 that, just type .25 over the quantity and refresh the list.

I've found it nifty to use that Customized Food option. Makes it easier for me instead of going "AHHH I don't KNOW!"

But I love FitDay alot. But you're right, you need to be careful about what you enter. I've found I've gone over on a few days without knowing it!
