I am in the induction phaze of the program...and I was wondering what types of spices you used? most of my spices are in premixed containers that have hadded surgar in them...
they dont have carbs but I know I cant have the sugar..so I was wonding if you all had some ideas on what to season things like chicken with or steaks other than salt pepper and garlic...any suggestions any one? thanks!!
