Personally, I would say,
According to the book, you should avoid it at all costs. It may cause cravings, is not your best choice of nutrients, etc. however...
If it works for you ... than DO it!
(Just don't admit it to anyone)

But what do I know?

My son's father called DYFS on me to get revenge on me having them issue a bench warrant for not paying child support in over 18 months. I saw the letter and caved to 4 chocolate chip cookies that had been in the house for 4 days (my son's cookies) without me touching. I had even gotten through my grandmother's death and packing up all of her posessions while trying to be supportive of my mom and my aunt through all of it without cheating at all... and this is just the last week of my life.

In my siggy lol. I used to never ever take my shirt off. I used to be super white, I mean almost clear white. I hated the beach and anything related to no shirt and shorts. Now look at me. Making up for lost time by posting half nakies on the web

The word "Cheat" is an issue with me also, but I won't go there now..
