I was reading a thread in the induction area about how much water to drink and seen a post where Bren said she was drinking 125oz a day and lost even more.
Anyone know the connection or why drinking a ton of water makes ya loose?
I have noticed I am a lot more thirsty since starting atkins and even when I dont feel thirsty, I get a really dry feeling in my mouth and need to drink something. I havent been measuring my water though. Its pretty hard to be exact about it because I drink it from a 52 oz bubba keg mug that I fill up with ice first, then water and after I drink the water, I refill but the ice takes up a lot of room. Wonder if Im getting enough.
Does anyone know if you can get enough just by drinking when your thirsty or do you really have to kinda force it down?
