    home made butter (YUM!)

    Here is a link to the site with instruction to make homemade butter in yout food processor. You can also use the alternative directions and use the jar shake method (great arm workout!!!) I have made it several times and it is soooo great!!!!

    Besure to work out as much of the buttermilk and whey as you can because it will make your butter taste slightly sour after a few days.

      LOL LOL boy did this bring back memories of my little foster fellows who learned in the fsall of 03 abut butter making in kindergarten and used all my cream to make butter and flavored butter no less. needless to say I got lots flavors I wouldn't wish on anybody as they were making Atkins OWL acceptable butters
