first week down!

I made it through my first week and I feel great!! I lost 7 lbs!!! I cant believe it!! Its really working!! Thank you all for you support and for this site!! reading all of your stories and your posts really helped me make it through the toughest part!!! you guys are GREAT motivation and Im looking forward to the up coming week to see how I do!! thanks every one!!

Congratulations!!! 7 pounds!!! Whooppppeeee!! You are doing great. Also for extra motivation, take your measurements so you can see how many inches you drop! Keep going and keep us posted.

I am on day 7 today too and I also lost 7 lbs... I was not going to look at the scale until next week, but I had to... WOOHOO, congrats on your loss!!!! Isn't this board great!!!! Will be looking forward to seeing how much we lose in the next 7 days!!!
