Well...I have finally made it to 219 after the slowest weight loss possible for the past 4 months. Now mind you, I lost the last 5 pounds in the last week and I am not exactly sure why my body has at long last decided to let go of a little weight now, but I am not complaining. Hopefully, I will be able to make my 50lb weight loss goal a little earlier than planned (50 lbs in 12 months).






If we follow the plan, our body will eventually give up the pounds... however it sees fit, we just have to eat right, drink lots of water, exercise and it will do the rest!!!
