    Re: Tips for recruiting?

In my opinion, recruiting is never necessary.

Continue to be a prime example of what your way of eating and lifestyle can do. It wordlessly speaks volumes - and serious individuals looking for an answer will invariably come around.

      Re: Tips for recruiting?

I absolutely do not believe in recruiting, and I refuse to do it. If someone asks me questions, I answer to the best of my ability but I also refuse to be a coach. I just can't. People have asked me to 'coach' them, and I tell them why I can not. I will answer any questions that are asked, but I don't take it beyond that. People have to find it within themselves to make such a lifelong personal change.
