I have been doing very well lately(meaning sticking to the allowed carbs) except for I think it was Wed. that day I bent the diet
but didn't break it. At least that is how I like to look at it.
I felt awful, but got right back to business and, to my surprise! my test strips were still dark purple! so I couldn't have done that much damage. Anyway I really love the Whey protien shakes, they are all natural I buy it from the Life Extention Foundation. I usually like to put in some cream cheese for thickness and added flavor, but I'm just curious how much cream cheese, does everyones else eats. I am trying to be very careful about keeping within the carbs limits allowed on extended induction. I started Atkins a week or two before restarting on this board so I'm about 6 weeks into Atkins.
