I noticed that lots of people set mini goals...which I think is a great idea. I'm going to set some of my own and post them on my fridge. 
Anyway...does anyone have Christmas goals set? Or thanksgiving? New Years?
I think that I'd like to be at 175 by Christmas. That gives me a little over 2 months to lose 20 more pounds, or a little less than 2.5 lbs a week.
