I just saw this recipe on the 3fatchicks website in case anyone is interested, i haven't checked out ours yet to see if we have one already.

Saw this in an ad in the newest WW magazine, looks good and right up our ally!

    1 head of cauliflower
    3 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp Mrs. Dash table blend

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. [note:Lower the temp to about 400 and watch closely. 450 was way to high and I ended up burning mine but it was still really good.]

Remove cauliflower core and thick stems. Trim remaining cauliflower into popcorn size peices. Toss thoroughly in a bowl with the olive oil and Mrs. Dash table blend. Spread cauliflower on a sheet pan and roast for 60 min., or until nicely browned. Turn three or four times during roasting. The browner the florets the sweeter the taste. Serve immediatly.

    Serves 8.
May you all be losers, Sher

I love roasted cauliflower. I melt 1/2 stick of butter, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a metal baking pan. Throw in the raw, chopped cauliflower, toss to coat with oil, and sprinkle with chile powder, and a little salt.

Throw in a 450 oven, and stir every 5 minutes or so until browned. This takes about 40 minutes or so.

This is really awesome "loaded" with shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, and chives. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
