    yeah I been taking that since I started my diet, and as it appears am allergic to it???? whatever. The doctor says to stop taking it and she gave me a cream, the rash is clearing up and what not now but.... what am I going to do for fiber??? can anyone help me?

    Height: 5'5'' yeah I'm short... But I can touch the ground faster then tall people.

    Being fat is boring, I bet being thin is really fun... I think I will do that now instead.

      i take Konsyl which is safe for diabetics and sug free.. i usually get it from Walmart. All it is is psylliunm husks. I don't believe there is anything else in it. Also, make sure you eat your veggies, start investigating the best veggies that will give you fiber and perhaps up your intake of these veggies.

        thanks people,I will take your advice abstractillusions, I don't think I really need it no, but I just want to stay healthy. Thanks for the fast responses!

          careful...metamucil is psyllium. If the psyllium is the problem then that other brand is just a different brand of the same stuff.

          Now, do you *REALLY* need to take a fiber supplement??? If you are eating high fiber vegetables, you may not need to take fiber. If you do need to supplement, you should try ground flax seed.

            There are lots of great flax recipes...my favorite is flax bread!! You can put flax in mock danishes too, if you eat them.

                Definitely try flax meal--make a mock danish with it, and bam, there's your fiber. Mock danish tastes sort of like french toast to me...it's pretty good, and it's healthy.

                  awesome suggestions! this Flax Seed sounds incredible. I want to try that just for the sound of its deliciousness!
                  I don't think I need the fiber supplement... I might though, I usally eat 2 salads a day of:
                  Cucumber
                  Tomatoe
                  Lettuce
                  Red Onion
