You know, my folks used to go once a year to a garlic festival in Virginia. They would always bring me back the most beautiful elephant garlic - that stuff is to die for roasted! I can't find it here - well, they sell what they call elephant garlic at the grocery store, but it is no where near as big nor as full of a head as the stuff mom and dad got. I wish we could get it here.
