  • Add more food to balance Fitday?

    Hey all you experts out there ~ I have a question: I just plugged in the food I've eaten today and what I plan on eating the rest of the day and my numbers were too high on the fat side and not nearly enough on the protein side. Even though I don't usually snack because I'm usually not hungry, should I add in some high-protein snacks to balance out my numbers?

    try removing a biot of the uneatten fat and see how your protein percent goes up as your fat percent goes gown.

    NEVER eat just for numbers eat only to feed your hunger.
