    you mis read your DANDR the 20 carb limit is the maximum amount of carbs an inductee can have not a must eat.

    you are doing fine.
    do you keep a journal of what you eat and do? see if you can see some food you are having that corespondes to your weight jumps. food sensitivites cause the immnue system to swell the body as it fights off the reaction.

    also see if your bowls moving is effecting the scale as inductees can hold a lot of stuff in those intestines with the lack of fiber in there diet.

      I wonder if you are having a reaction to something you're eating. Food allergies don't always mean you are going to feel sick or break out in hives. It may mean that your body swells (thus, weighs more)

      OR

      You are getting a lot of sodium in a day....

      OR

      90 ounces of water isn't enough. You say you are in construction and running stairs all day....if that's the case and you are getting hot and sweaty, you probably need way more than 90 ounces of water.

        Hebrew National hotdogs are higher in sodium than a lot of others. You might want to try another brand. Sabretts are good. Also, you might want to vary your food intake more. I find my weight responds better when I eat different things vs. the same thing all the time. Good luck!

          I am sooo starting a cool whip club! It is stalking my friends now! *looks for torches*



          I did the same thing, well kinda, with the cool whip! They come in many varieties to fool their foes! (Extra creamy (drool), Reg, Strawberry, Lites, fat-free, sugar free)...Hmph! And not a one is good enough for us...sneaky ingrediants, the whole sha-bang.


          My sillyness aside, the lack of water to me would be a biggy. And the fact you may be putting on some muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat My way of drinking lots of water is...everytime I go into the kitchen, I get a glass. When I crave something sweet , I grab a glass (that explains my intake right there!)

          Anywho, stay away from the store stuff *quotes her saviors* and make your own so that you know whats in it. Good luck to you and hope you have a great day!

            I have to agree (not like it's a stretch or anything!) with everyone else . . . more water, dude!!!! And watch the sodium. Hot dogs are notorious for being high in sodium.

            How about challenging yourself to measure your success by your measurements and NOT by the number on the scale? A pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat -- so perhaps you're losing inches faster than the scale can tell.

            I think you're doing great. You are motivated and asking all the right questions!!

              This could be a problem. You need to spread your carb intake out evenly.
