If that is the case, Atkins bars would probably be best. Or the shakes are a better idea they have no sugar alchohols. Though I find usually a shake doesn't fill me enough..something in my brain can't accept that a drink is a meal
. Either way i'd definately try to avoid the sugar of the other bars.
The store in the hotel may even sell atkins bars in a pinch..they sell them pretty much everywhere here now.
Edited to add: Actually thinking about it, you'd probably be better off eating higher rung foods than eating any of the bars. If you had to you could have plain yogurt with berries, melon, etc. Those are a better choice than the bars.
