  • Moving the Bowels...

Hey, so I'm on extended induction. I've noticed lately, that I'm not having very many BMs. I'm getting concerned about this. I eat enough fiber, but not too much to go over my intake. Drink a gallon of water. Exercising. Vitamins.
Any suggestions? I haven't been eating a lot of cheese, so I know that's not it.

unless you are uncomfortable in your bowles don't worry about it. it isn't NORMAL to go every day it is normal what ever your body does regularly. when you are induction you don't have a lot fo waste products that are not digestible other then the fiber youare eating. move to OWl and add move of those yummy induction veggies if you need more movements.

unless it is painful, i wouldn't worry about it. You are now eating quality food that your body can actually use. They don't call junk food that for nothing. There is a lot of 'waste' or 'junk' in the junk food....which is why your body eliminates it. In high quality food, without fillers, preservatives, junk, your body utilizes most of it and has less to waste. Thus, less frequent BM's.

Everyone's different... some 'go' more than others. You've changed your way of eating so your bowel movements will change too. If you are not in any discomfort I wouldn't worry. If you do get uncomfortable, there's always good old flax! (oh, and spinach is what does it for me!)

Use chilli powder in your stirfrys. That will get you moving.
