  • What should I expect?

    Hi all,

I have been around off and on. I've made the commitment to make Low Carbing a WOL. I have tried Induction many times and was wondering if I will lose slower because of this? Please shed some light on retarting Low Carbing after months of being carbed up? Thank you in advance!

    Re: What should I expect?

Hi there! A lot of people say that the second (or third/fourth) time around is slower. I guess it depends on how long you stayed with induction before. I wouldn't worry about it too much though. Start your induction, stick with it, and I'm sure you will see results!

Based on the large # of posts from people restarting who say that they are having a harder time, it appears to be true. Just do it Lyn.

I agree, I think its a bit slower the first time around but then it might just seem slower as we know it can and does work. Regardless, a year from now we will be skinnier so just keep on keeping on.
