Atkins book..question

    Atkins book..question

    I am buying the book by dr.atkins, but i see on ebay, that there are a few different kinds. I want the book, that explains the whole diet, and has all the phases. Is this the right book?

    it looks right but it says you can ask the seller questions so ask what the copyright date is you want 2002 copyright not just prinitn cause they printed in 2003 the old 1992 version of the book to cash in on the LOW CARB popularity.

      Thats it. Thats the one I keep right next to the computer.
      For folks who are looking and it doesn't look like theirs I also have seen a red cover and I have heard about a yellow cover. Out side the US there might be even more.

        yes there is a red an yellow. the yellow one i believe was published in 1997. not sure about the red one.
