  • Protein powder worries!!

    Can we have protein powder during induction? Some recipes call for it....If I get a no carb one?

    this is just a personal thought, but I would think the answer is no. My reasoning is if you follow the induction rules you will certainly get enough protein, remember we only want to have about 35% protein Its not only the carb count that you have to worry about, but also the ingredient list. If its not on the acceptable list.........

      if and only if your protein powder is a protein isolate will it be legal for induction as all proteins are legal for induction.
