  • What's for Lunch?

    I know this sounds kinda wierd, but I likey!

    Ground Turkey Sausage & Cauliflower with melted American cheese wrapped in a low carb tortilla. Drink water. 4 net carbs

    I also have sauerkraut and polish kielbasa in crock pot at home for dinner. I'll add cauliflower in mine, and potatoes in theirs.

    What's everyone else having for lunch? Or planning for dinner?

    Tomorrow's lunch is in the olive grove. We're picking them tomorrow, so will light a fire in the field and cook sausages and bruschetta (I'll pass on that)... and have a salad. A lot of fun!

      I think I'm having grilled chicken and spaghetti squash...or maybe a green pepper omelette and bacon? Yum I'm drooling already.

            I had grilled chicken with loads of black pepper with a salad made up of lettuce, cabbage, cucumber and chives with a mustard, vinegar and olive oil dressing - yummy!
