    Just a quickie question to ask, Im doing extended induction phase and currently live in the Uk and have been carbonated flavored spring water from Tesco stores. Is it allowed on induction phase? please

    It is, as long as it says 0 calories 0 carbs. HOWEVER, it is most likely sweetened...it should be sweetened with splenda, as that's the acceptable sweetener on atkins, AND you must also count 1g per serving of beverage, which goes to your daily allowance of 3-4 servings of splenda. It also cannot count for your 64oz. So make sure you're drinking your water, and counting it in your carb totals for the day.

        Dont become to dependant on it. As far as I know, any of this fizzy sweetened water that you drink will not count towards ur daily 2 litres of water. Plus it might make you have sugar cravings.
