I recently started taking biotin for my hair....I noticed it gave me quite a bit of energy too....it also supports intermediate metabolism of carbohydrates. Biotin also assits in protein and fat metabolism for energy use and supports healthy skin and hair.....is this ok to take? I also take a muilti and probiotic

I've taken boitin suppliments in the past for my hair and nails but didn't notice any difference personally so I stopped. they didn't affect my weight loss either way either. I do know that many mulitivitamins contain it, it's a good for you b vitamin, so I don't see why there would be any issue with it.Jen, 39, F

glad you are noticing the effects.
if you are deficient in biotin then you will notice a big change when you take them but id you are getting enough already you will not notice it.by the book atkinseer
