Okay, we all know this life is about planning lol well i was really disgusted with my fridge because i couldn't do anything in bulk and freeze it because i had an apartment fridge from i think the 70s (the kind where the freezer is IN the fridge and is just a silver box with a door and you have to defrost like every month). Well i wanted a regular size fridge so i called my apartment complex and asked them if they had any apts with reg size fridges empty that they could exchange for my fridge. Long story short, my apt said they didn't even KNOW they had fridges like that lol left, they thought they replaced them all.
So i GOT A NEW FRIDGE!!!!! WOO HOO.. wriggle dances. I kept dancing around yesterday and today making a list of all this stuff i am going to cook and freeze.
My friend looked at me shaking her head thinking i am crazy because its just a fridge lol She doesn't understand the significance of having room to break down bulk stuff so i can freeze it. Okay MAYBE the dancing was a little overboard lol and MAYBE going out to buy more canisters and bags for my food saver is a little ummm energetic lol but i am SOOO excited lol i put all my freezer food from my old fridge in the new one and i have like more than HALF an empty freezer!! How awesome is that?? i am sooooooo cooking up storms this weekend and next week while on vacation! wriggle dances around.

PS my firned thinks my excitement means i am getting ready to get married (excitement over an appliance lol), she doesn't understand how much easier this will be when i don't have to cook every day! Its obstacles avoided, and salvation to being better prepared!
