  • Is this off limits?

Last time I was on Atkins I ate this quite a bit. It sounded good last night but I wasn't sure if it was by the book. I'd go to Taco Bell, purchase 4 or 5 taco supremes (meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream), empty the contents from the shells into a bowl, mix it up and eat it.

As I am not in the US and never had Taco Bell, I am not sure what quantity of food you are talking abou here, hopefully someone can answer your question in a bit.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

taco bell meat has TVP added and has sugar in the sauce so you'd be better off going to a buger place that serves potates and get a burger with lettuce and tomatoa nd some sour cream in a bowl.

Their taco meat is a bit high for me, the only thing I ever got there was chicken gorditas without the shell (but I don't even do that anymore, either - no more fast food for me).

Fortunately, Taco Bell (and many other fast food places) have a nutritional calculator on their web site. You can check it out here:
