  • Is it okay?

Is it okay to extend my Induction Period, until I get really close to my goal weight? I have to loose 20 more pounds within a three month period. Wedding is coming up (MARCH 24)

Is it okay to extend this induction period until Feb? I would like to, but what would you guys recommend. I am very content with following the regimen now.

    Let me know.

as long as you have weight to lose and feel healthy you can butr knowthe rate is going to slow down from the 14 day rate alot no matter if you move to OWL or don't

Actually, a lot of people do this when they have quite a bit of weight to loose.

I think induction is fine, however this is not just a diet, and to keep the weight off once you have lost it, OWL is essential - it allows you to add foods back into your diet that you cannot have on induction, and it also shows you what your trigger foods are (for example, maybe you'll find that dairy stalls you, or nuts, it varies from person to person, but mostly we all have them) so to make this weight loss permanent and this WOE a WOL, I would reccomend looking at OWL.

        Good luck!
