Do ever get in a pickle about how much is how much?

Google calculator will do the work for you.

    The "in" function is wonderful

Insert values into the search box for an answer

    Try

    500g in oz

    It will tell you

    500 grams = 17.636981 ounces

    or

    3 oz in ml

    3 US fluid ounces = 88.7205891 ml

    It will even do

    3 cups in oz

3 US cups = 24 US fluid ounces

    or

    3 cups in ml

    3 US cups = 709.764713 ml

    and even

    6 teaspoons in oz

6 US teaspoons = 1 US fluid ounce

    Read it for yourself

Official Google Search Help Center where you can find tips and tutorials on using Google Search and other answers to frequently asked questions.

I use Google calculator all the time to work out how much is how much.
Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
    he said, 'Don't count calories.'

    Re: All those conversions

I use this all the time Brian it's brilliant!

We have a bit of an advantage here even though we're metric most products have both the metric and imperial measures on them. The one big issue i run into is the service sizes on packages are almost always only in metric. that's when i find it very handy.

I use that one too, Veronica - it is useful for those times I am not online.

                Re: All those conversions

Uggg, now I just need a guide that tells me how many grams a cup of every single different vegitable weighs. I hate trying to measure my veggies in cup form. The only one I know is that raw peppers weigh about 100g for a cup.
