I just thought I'd post my progress. I've been sticking to the induction rules for 10 days now. It isn't easy because I'm not much of a meat person, but it also made me realize how much carbs I consumed. Most of my meals revolved around bread, pasta and sweets. I ate whole grains which it good, but I was still out of control. Yesterday I had a serious craving for an icecream sandwich (which is conveniently
in my freezer...for my son). I tell you, I thought about that damn thing all day. I actually contemplated eating it and starting my induction over. It's crazy how these thoughts can consume you. Thankfully, I decided to log on here and I read some really inspiring stories and decided I had to make the right choice. It's funny because I am constantly reminding my three old to make good choices. To make a long story short, I stared down that icecream sandwich and I won! I weighed myself today and I'm 165...I l've lost 11lbs!! I figure that is my reward. Not to mention I'm wearing one of my favorite pairs of jeans, which were pretty tight two weeks ago. My goal is 145...wish me luck!
