I finally opened a fitday account. I've been keeping track of all my foods up until now, but not with fitday. So my question is, how accurate is it? Opinions?

Re: How accurate is fitday?
It's accurate to a point. If you don't measure the foods or just estimate the amounts you've eaten, then its accuracy diminishes. For example, you estimate you've eaten 1 cup of pumpkin (about 10 net carbs), but in reality you've eaten 1 1/2 cups (about 15 net carbs). So your fitday values will be one thing, but your real-time values will be something completely different.
The other thing where it can be off is if you plug in the prepared food, such as chicken salad, the values might be off because they use a 'standard' chicken salad recipe as a reference, and that will be different from your own, because yours is lower carb.~Megs~
