Thinking before I eat is how I stay in control of me. A way for me to smile and stay focused is to play a little mind game. I name something I hope to stop doing with my weight loss and what I hope to gain.
Example: I LOVE shoes
Hope to Give up--- The feeling of frustration while shoe shopping
Hope to gain--- A new shoe size. LOL. I heard that some people actually loose a shoe size with drastic weight loss. (I'm a size 11) LOL
