I was at Walmart today just looking around and i went to the dry erase boards and came across a neat little thing that may be a good buy for keeping yourself on track and it was only 10 bucks. Its a board that has a blank calendar with a notes section that are both dry erase and then along the bottom it has a strip of cork so you can pin stuff up also.
I got one and am going to use it to schedule out my months as well as using the notes section to keep my goals per day fresh as well my menus preplanned and as pinning up things that keep me motivated. I guess i see it as a central location of look at a glance idea for my plan. so i thought i would pass it along for those who like to write things down and have things at a glance. My only problem now is lol where to put it!!! I want it some place that i can see it all the time to keep my on plan and with it. I thought initially about the fridge door but i don't want to have to walk into the kitchen and face triggers just to play with my board.
I will probably end up putting it on my front door, i can then see it all the time.
