  • Not sure what the deal is........

    So, For the past week and a half now. I'll eat my dinner, and be up for two hours or so, and go to bed. Then I wake up in the middle of the night with Like, gut wrenching hunger. I eat my dinner, and I am satisfied. What gives? Like I am truely hungry. Hungry enough where some nights I couldn't sleep right away after I woke up. Two nights last week, it this hunger woke me up twice and the second time I had trouble getting back to sleep. Like, last night I went to bed at... 9... Ive woken up with it at.. 1130pm with it.. I finished my dinner by 745pm. I've noticed that on two occasions I've woken up twice with that hunger. I'll go in the kitchen, and have some water.. make myself go back to sleep. Please, help!

    Post your menues on the "Review My Menu" forum. Your menu might be lacking sufficient fat.

      It could be that you're not drinking enough water - have a read of this thread, the importance of water http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=6778

      Apparently if your body needs water you can feel hungry, it's your body asking for food so that it can get water from the food. Until I read this thread I could never understand why after a Chinese take away I would wake up in the morning feeling sick I was so hungry. I now think that it was the Chinese food dehydrating me and my body was desperate for water.

      I find I need to drink more water with this WOE.
