  • Hmmm did this happen to you?

    Hello,

I started induction 2 weeks ago today and I've been reading these posts which have been so helpful. I haven't done as well as I would like, I've lost 2.5 pounds, but it hasn't been easy. I didn't ever wake up with all the energy some people say they find during induction, and my sugar cravings never went away. Did other people go through this too?

it would be helpful if you posted what you ate in as much detail as you can. you might be surprised by what you ate and we might see something you missed.

the weight loss can vary from person to person for a host of reason but if you stayed true to plan, you should not have had any cravings past 3 to 5 days.

Jimmi 48 is right - most of us found that by not eating sweet things our cravings went away.
It would be a good idea to post in the 'review my menu' forum details of what you ate -you may have been eating something that kept your cravings alive!

Congrats on those 2.5 pounds lost How many pounds are you hoping to lose in total?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
