Ok, I did it, I really fell off the wagon, I feel stupid and all that good stuff but I am getting myself together and I will come back on so make room please.
Oh, and it wasn't xmas, I managed to fall off before that, heh and I gained about 15 lbs.

glad to hear you are getting yourself together and are coming back on board...there is always room to climb back on the wagon!! we are all here for you. i'm so happy that you are owning up and getting back to it...so many of us fall off the wagon and allow that to give us permission to stay off. it takes great courage and character to acknowledge our mistakes and get back on track. i hope you are really proud of your self for that!

        Re: confessiontime

Thanks, I think I just needed to shout it out, although I felt ashamed, but it already helps a lot just admitting to it, that's why I posted this.
I managed btw to only eat 2 weeks off atkins, spread out over 2 months but it was actually the 'so-called' atkinsing that made me gain the most weight, I would for example eat loads of sour cream and mayonnaise and snack a whole (!) package of nuts.
I guess at some point I just stopped counting but still called it atkins, yeah right.
But oh well, done with this fooling myself, I hope some of that weight is water....

Welcome back Soliwit. Hey, be glad it's 2 weeks or 2 months and 15 lbs and not 2 years and 75 lbs!!!! (I know how *THAT* goes).

The holidays from October through New Years (maybe even through Valentines Day) is just plain rough. Stick with us. No need to be embarassed here AT ALL!

Good to hear from you again

As the others have said, you can do it again. Well done for catching yourself and returning to the Atkins woe
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
