?Chicken/Fish/Meat? Which 1???

  • ?Chicken/Fish/Meat? Which 1???

    this is an Honest Question for those of you that have been around for a while... WHICH IS THE BEST FOR YOU? Chicken? Fish? or Meat??? i am on my 2nd day of Induction and i dont eat alot of Fish but i have tried some that i really do like grilled & lightly salted & peppered (never breaded or floured)... but i truly do LOVE chicken so much that my husband says im gonna grow feathers i also like a good steak or pork chop once in a while... can you Please tell me... is 1 better than the other...? or are they all about the same?

    HOw about all of them? The variety will keep you from getting bored and they're all great for you. Chicken is high in protein and low fat, same goes for fish. Red meat will provide you with the protein and fat mixture that goes well with this plan and pork chops are just awesome (IMHO)! Pork can also be very low in fat too.

    Use them all and mix it up to have fun with this WOE.

      the absolutely best advice I think I can give you ..is to eat all of the above ..a wide variety of healthy fresh foods and do not skimp on veggies please!!!... does the following

      1. keeps you from being bored
      2. keeps your exposure to anything toxic in our food spread out and at a minimum
      3. gives you a much wider variety of nutrients
      4. using all of these with all types of recipes ...makes you a wonderful cook
      5. generally makes you a happier healthier person!
      6. avoiding a rutt will also help you keep this lifestyle you have choosen endure!!!

            I like fish, but I find that chicken, beef, pork, and even shrimp keep me satisfied longer. Fish just seems to pass right through me!
