I'm mad at myself for ever straying from Atkins. I went to Mexico last April almost down to a size 12, enjoyed many cerveza and continued my vacationing ways when I came back. I have been on a down hill slide ever since. I'm squeezing into my 16's, barely. Today I'm back with a vengeance! I'm going to Germany in April and I need support to go there in my size 10's or smaller. Why do I screw up when I'm successfull? Losing weight on Atkins is super easy for me, and fast (every time around) so how do I avoid losing my motivation and sabotaging myself?
