  • Baby Step Lbs Lost - Don't be discouraged!

    Hi Everyone-

    I remember after the first two weeks of induction i was so bummed that my weight loss was so slow. I mean sometimes i would only lose -0.5 lbs in a month or gain a pound back. This is for all the people who's weight loss comes in tiny baby steps. Remember it takes time... as long as you try your best each day.

    It is also a good idea to weight yourself once a week at the same time and day and write it down. I kept my weight in an excel sheet, and many times i went weeks without weight myself. here is a sample... my loss was slow, but i'm slowly getting to goal. To all my turle weight loss losers!! Keep it up... we will cross the finish line =)

    Thanks for the inspiration. I tend to lose weight fast on Atkins, but sabotage my success. I know I need to just great food and think of my long term goals.

      Very smart!!! And good for you for hanging in there! You look awesome!

      Another thing someone could do (my DH did this) is to graph the weight loss and then you could see the overall trend going down.

          thats a GREAT post. I noticed the last two days that my wt went up two lbs...seeing that you experienced this eases my mind some. Great before and after pics!
