    small lunch

I am a teacher and before I started Atkins I would bring a huge bag of food to school since I would spend the whole day starving! I would have a sandwhich on lite bread, granola bars, fruit, popcorn....and still be famished. Now I come to school with a salad container and a bottle of great dressing and I am satisfied for the day. It is almost the end of the day and I no longer feel those crazy have to rush home and stuff my face attacks. yay!

Hooray for Ketosis!! Isn't it great? I feel the same way - I was always consumed with anticipation of the next snack or meal. Now I hardly think about it!

Congratulations and keep up the good work!!

Isn't it funny that the Atkins-bashers say that it only works because it suppresses the appetite? I still don't know why anyone would think it's a bad thing that you only want to eat when your tummy tells you it's empty!

I'd agree with you except it's not a diet it's a way of life!
