i also love worcershire sauce but i make mixing it with mayo i take a tablespoon of mayo and put a little worcershire sauce in it not much just eneough to make it more like a sauce and i dip my chicken and steak in it, my dh tried it now he is hooked, sometimes im too hooked i find myself being able to overeat because me myself am also a dipper and i tend to want that taste so i have to watch myself.

      Re: Steak

I like remoulade. It's good on all meat. It's the sauce they serve with the salmon at Outback Steakhouse so you know it's good 1 carb comes from the packet of splenda. Serves 8.
      • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
      • 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
      • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickle
      • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (dried works fine, too)
      • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
      • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
      • 1 packet of splenda
      1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Let stand 15 minutes for flavors to blend.
Oh and also flavored butters are also a really good option.
Soften butter by leaving it out of the fridge for a 1/2 hr or so. Add Tony Cacheres Seasoning, Cavendars, Dill, Old Bay...whatever suits your fancy. Mash it all together then put on a piece of waxed paper. Roll butter into a log shape using the paper. Put in fridge. When firm, remove the paper and roll the log in dried parsley to make it pretty. Wrap it back up and stick it back in the fridge. You can cut off a circle for steaks or other meat. It looks really pretty with the orange middle and bright green parsley on the outside. This recipe always impresses company.
