    Thats It!!! From here on out I am cutting artificial sweetners and peanut butter...I think I am addicted!! Maybe this will help speed up the weight loss!! I am not going to make any more treats....I find this is all I am eating anymore.....please support me...I am gonna need it!!! So here it goes to a COMPLETELY SUGAR FREE woe..........

      Sherice, you're making a TOTALLY SMART DECISION!

      Those sweeteners (and most peanut butter) make you crave more and more and more until it's too late! Your body will thank you! Until your cravings pass (and until your body is rid of the splenda/sweeteners/pb) keep drinking your water, and have some high fat snacks, like pepperoni and cheese, or celery with ranch dressing.

      You can do it! I am proud of you for taking this huge step!!!

        Thank you so much! I will take your advice with the snacks part....I know I am ready!!!! I even signed up for a afro carib workout every other thursday at my gym! It's been a month since I posted that mini goal of 130 and I havent lost a pound, yesterday I weighed in at a whopping 137!!! So now I need to take action! I posted pics of a bikini body i want on my fridge on my desktop and at work with little quotes..here it goes!!!!

          Oh sherice, that is SO awesome about the Afro-Caribbean workout! I am so jealous! You're going to have a ball, and you're going to SWEAT.

          You will be able to ditch the sweet stuff, I know you will.

            i will keep you posted...yeah i am excited and a little nervus about the workout...the guys legs are as big as both of mine!! IN PURE muscle hehe....

              Have fun in your new workout! That should be great. And as far as cuttin' out that other stuff, you're tough. You can do it. Just think of that little bikini!!
