Hi,
I am still doing atkins and did not cheat at all during the holidays.
I have not lost much more and was down to 141.2 before TOM and before holidays then it went up a little and did not want to go back down.
But I know I am not eating too little like a lot of the people.
I had a stomach virus this week and was sick one day and did not eat one whole day and got down to 140.8.
I have tried to watch portions since then since I know too much food is the problem but it has still gone up a little.
Last night we went to appleby' (we eat out once a week), and I got some brick chicken grilled. It was a whole chicken basically without the wings. Granted it was small but still a whole bird. Then they had some salad with it with soaked onions in some rosemary vinigratte dressing. The salad and onions tasted sweet so I know it had sugar in it. I ate some of the salad but not the onions. Today the scales were 141.4 so I am going to try real hard to watch my amount of food from now on.
I really would like to get the rest of this stomach off.
