  • Reading Food Labels

Hi, I was wondering what you all go by when figuring out the net carbs. I went on two sites and for example for two large eggs the net carbs on the web are .8 but when I figure from the label it's 2 carbs. Please help! Thanks!

Each egg (depending on size) is somewhere under 1g...usually .6 or .8g. The label is rounding up--the same thing that fitday does.

To be safe, count 1g for each egg.
