OK..I am day 9 of induction.....I am still kind of tired. I have more energy than I did but I thought I would feel a lot better. I have NOT gone off program once since 1/1. Any suggestions?

I would suggest reading the DANDR vitanutrients section and get what he recommends. I'd also suggest drinking a lot of water, at least the minimum 64oz per day, preferably around 100oz.

DID YOU GET ANY OF THIS PRETTY SNOW?
We had a tiny bit on our porch but nothing on the ground at all. I did see a few flakes as I walked to the bus this morning but nothing that would stay around.

You know, this morning I was noticing the same thing. I feel pretty good myself. This is the first time in a while I've stuck to the plan for any length of time. I like how I feel, I want to keep feeling this way.
