Is there anywhere I can get the strips to see if I am in ketosis besides getting them from the doctor?

You can usually find them at the pharmacy - they may be behind the counter so just ask if you don't see them. I know I have seen them at large discount stores as well - Target, Wal-mart...I haven't purchased any in many years, so don't know if they are harder to find now or not.
