Ok here is where I am right now. I am currently on my 7th day of clean induction (or so I thought) well so far I haven't lost any weight
so I went and got some ketostix and that strip turned purple instantly, so I'm like good I must be doing something right. I was browsing the site and came across a post about whipped cream and how much you can consume, well I have been eating about 1 tablespoon with my jello everyday since induction but I have been using the Cool Whip type of whipped cream and I looked and the carbs weren't high but in the ingredients it listed corn syrup. My question is could the whipped cream be the reason I haven't lost any weight?
